Beghardi

The dwellings are situated around a walled collective garden as a green oasis where the residents can barbecue, read a book… Low brick walls define the paths and terraces and create a buffer between the private terraces and the central seating area. The diverse plants around the center creates an extra buffer between private and collective and provides an inspiring garden where the residents can relax.

The design of the volumes interacts with the rhythm of the facades and the surrounding urban fabric. The project consists of various residential typologies (apartments in the city palace, duplex houses for starters, terraced houses and townhouses) which can attract a diversity of people.
