The South-facing street façade and the rhythm of the window profiles are based on the construction of a greenhouse. The structure of the fully glazed façade has the function of a window profile but can also be used to attach sun blocking screens. These will be printed with images of rural images: the building providing information about the region.
The rural monolith houses two studios at the street side on the ground floor and 4 triplex apartments with a garden. Every housing unit are accessible via a central corridor on the ground floor.
